Hello Everyone!
Since I already had this lovely blog, I've decided to turn it into a blog about the trials and triumphs of my current career- making jewelry. Not that different than making clothes, or manufacturing clothes- just requiring a different set of skills. All the principles are the same. I've been making jewelry since I was a kid, and actually beading since age 7 or 8. Approximately 4 years ago I started classes at ACC in fabrication and wax work, and graduated with a technical certificate December 2008. I am still attending and working on mastering the CAD program for jewelry called Matrix. It's a really great program that is sort of like Photoshop and Illustrator but makes more sense to me and is in 3D. I can't wait to share all the things I'm making!
